Delivery & returns

Please allow up to 14 working days from date of order to post date. Registered post can be tracked and you will be emailed with a tracking number once your item has been posted.

Postage cost:

• Ireland - Registered €5.00
• United Kingdom - Registered €7.00
• Rest of Europe - Registered €7.00
• Rest of World - Registered €8.00

 If you are outside of these regions please get in touch with us as the postage costs will vary.

Registered post will require a signature on delivery. If a package has been lost or stolen, please contact An Post directly. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen packages or if an item is returned due to an incorrect address being provided at the time of order.

Full payment to be received before order is dispatched for delivery. (Please keep the original receipt for proof of purchase). 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 working days of being delivered to you. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.
